Artist · Writer · Psychedelic Guide
Born in Agra. Raised in Wolverhampton. Living in Tiohtià:ke (Montréal). Working at the threshold between the visible and the felt — where art becomes ceremony, and ceremony becomes art.

My body is of the earth, the soil of Agra. My voice emerges from the smoke and the industry of the West Midlands. Rooted in the mud of the everyday, like the lotus, my soul reaches upward toward the light. Through my practice, I recover and reinvent my Punjabi Sikh heritage, its teachings revealing the sacred in the worldly. This is the foundation on which I stand.
As an artist and writer, my matières premières are story, sound, and image, refracted through my lineage. As a psychedelic guide, I journey through geographies less familiar — the territories of mystery, of inner dissolution and return. Both practices, I've come to understand, are one and the same.
Panj — an interdisciplinary performance work — and Milāpa — a memoir in progress — are perhaps the fullest expressions of my practice — two creative works tracing the same arc from different angles.

The Work
The threshold is not an obstacle. It is a vantage point. To stand in the doorway is to occupy a liminal space of infinite possibilities, beyond the scope of simple binaries — a moment between lineages, between selves, between what was known and what has not yet been named — it is a sanctuary to which I return, time and time again.

Performance · Spoken Word · Writing
My artistic work draws on the traditions of my Punjabi heritage, the polyrhythms and counterpoint of diaspora, and the sensory kaleidoscope of living between worlds.
Panj — my interdisciplinary performance work — spins together storytelling, psychedelic rock fusion, and ancestral memory, weaving threads of many colours into a multi-layered tapestry of meaning. Milāpa — a memoir in progress — moves between narrative and performance, tracing a different arc: how did I get here? What was the point of origin, and how do I awaken the energies that lie dormant inside me and find my way back to my essence? Through the night, towards the light.
My writing spans essay, memoir, and form-bending narratives — all of it concerned with what emerges from the crossing: of cultures, of generations, of états d'âme.

I came to this path through my art, learning to listen to the language of the body, opening a portal to the wisdom it yearns to share. Childhood curiosity guides my way — I wonder at what each turn reveals, each new discovery.
Ceremony, IFS, and somatic work light the way to my healing, across territories, ancient and modern, that I have grown to love and respect. I bring knowledge and experience from my journey into the space I hold for others — the challenges, the revelations, the music, and the silence.
I have learned much in training with the Neuma Centre for Psychedelic Safety & Response in Kingston, Ontario. But what I offer comes from both my lived experience and my formal preparation.
