Art~Healing~Transformation

In recent years, I have been walking a path of healing that integrates traditional therapeutic modalities with plant medicine work. My personal practice has included mindfulness, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and ceremonial work with various plant medicines and entheogens.

This work has been profoundly transformative, helping me trace connections between childhood experiences and present patterns, and revealing pathways to integration across emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions.

This past year, I completed training in psychedelic facilitation, integration, and harm reduction with the Neuma Centre for Psychedelic Safety & Response in Kingston, Ontario. Since then, I have had the privilege of supporting others in ceremony, holding space, offering care and presence to those seeking to benefit from the healing potential of plant medicines.

My approach encompasses the full arc of this work — from initial conversations that explore intentions and readiness, through carefully held ceremonial space, to integration support that helps weave insights into daily life. Each journey is unique, and I tailor my guidance to honour what each person brings to the process.

My support for ceremony focuses on creating a framework tailored to each person's needs and wishes. I take the time to explore set (intentions and readiness) and setting (the physical and energetic space). Drawing from my own process of reinterpreting cultural traditions in personally meaningful ways, I am able to guide others in developing ceremonial or ritual elements that resonate with their own beliefs and values.

My artistic practice naturally weaves into this work. Music is an integral part of ceremony - I can provide help with curating personalized playlists that support each person's journey, drawing from diverse genres and traditions to create soundscapes that enhance the experience. Writing also becomes a powerful integration tool, whether through journaling or creative expression like poetry. These practices help process and integrate insights from the experience.

If this approach speaks to you, I invite you to reach out. I would be glad to connect, whether in conversation or ceremony.

Please note: I do not encourage the use of psychedelics outside safe and supervised contexts. My role is to support harm reduction and to ensure that health and safety are taken care of.
